Luhačovice

Spa town Luhačovice is „a pearl of Moravia“. This spa town is located in the southeastern part of Moravia in Zlin region on the border of Wallachia and Moravian Slovakia. Region of Luhačovice is called „Luhačovické Zálesí“ and the area falls under the PLA White Carpathians. City has about 5,000 inhabitants and is situated at an altitude of 250 m. Luhačovice Spa is one of the most beautiful and most visited spas in the Czech republic.

Luhačovice have a unique atmosphere of Jurkovič buildings. Jurkovič was famous Slovak architect. He created buildings in Luhačovice in the years 1902 – 1914.

The unique charm of the Moravian spa lies in their picturesque, calm atmosphere and family background of local hotels and guesthouses. Surrounding forests, along with spa parks and mineral water springs give this spa town unique atmosphere.
